At and before the courses
At the end of each course, we ask attendees to complete an evaluation form. These we collate and analyse, and we share anonymised summaries with tutors.
Evaluations provide important feedback and suggestions, which we act on to adjust course timing, length and format.
Where you are not satisfied with a course you have attended, we welcome your comments in a complaint email (to email@example.com) or letter (to JDD Consultants, 5 Tennyson Road, Bedford, MK40 3SB).
We investigate each complaint and respond promptly (within 14 days), setting out the results of our investigation, any actions we have taken and any proposed remedies.
