The Patent Examination Board (PEB) published the results of the 2022 Foundation Certificate (FC) and Final Diploma (FD) exams on Monday 27 March 2023.
For all papers, pass rates were higher than in 2021, with significant increases in the cases of FC1, FD1, FD3 and FD4. Indeed, the FD4 pass rate, at 58%, was the highest this century: above the 56% of 2007.
Congratulations to all who passed and thank you to the tutors, both at JDD and in the firms.
Commiserations to those who missed out and we hope you succeed in 2023.
Now the results are out, it is a busy time for bookings for our May-September revision courses. Indeed, some courses are already full. In response to demand, we are adding further FD2 and FD3 courses.
